display performance

According to the display performance, LED display can be divided into text LED display, graphic LED display, computer video LED display, TV video LED display and quotation LED display, etc. Market LED displays generally include LED displays for securities, interest rates, futures and other purposes.

display color

According to the display color, the LED display can be divided into single primary color LED display (including pseudo-color LED display), dual primary color LED display and full color (three primary color) LED display. According to the gray scale, it can be divided into 16, 32, 64, 128, 256 gray scale LED displays, etc.

Monochrome screens are generally composed of red luminescent materials.

Dual-primary color screens are generally composed of red and yellow-green luminescent materials.

The three primary color screens are divided into full color (full color), composed of red, yellow-green (wavelength 570nm), and blue; true color (nature color), composed of red, pure green (wavelength 525nm), and blue.

Outdoor LED displays can be divided into Φ8mm (10000 points/m2), Φ12mm (3906 points/m2), Φ16mm (2500 points/m2), Φ26mm (1024 points/m2) and other LED displays according to the pixel diameter used. According to the size of the digital tube used in the market class LED display, it can be divided into 2.0cm (0.8inch), 2.5cm (1.0inch), 3.0cm (1.2inch), 4.6cmm (1.8inch), 5.8cm (2.3inch), 7.6 cm(3inch) etc.

use environment

LED displays are divided into indoor LED displays, semi-outdoor LED displays, and outdoor LED displays according to the use environment.

The indoor screen area generally ranges from less than 1 square meter to more than ten square meters, and the dot density is high. It is used in a non-direct sunlight or lighting environment, and the viewing distance is several meters away. The screen body does not have the ability to be sealed and waterproof.

The semi-outdoor screen is between outdoor and indoor , and has high luminous brightness. It can be used outdoors without direct sunlight. The screen body has a certain seal, and it is generally under the eaves or in the window.

The area of outdoor screens generally ranges from a few square meters to dozens or even hundreds of square meters, the dot density is relatively thin (mostly 1000-10000 dots per square meter), and the luminous brightness is 3000-6000cd/square meter (different orientations, different brightness requirements), can be used in sunlight It is used under direct sunlight, and the viewing distance is tens of meters away. The screen body has good wind, rain, and lightning protection capabilities.

synchronous and asynchronous

The synchronous mode means that the working mode of the LED display screen is basically the same as that of the computer monitor. It maps the images on the computer monitor in real time with an update rate of at least 30 fields/second, and usually has multi-gray color display capabilities. It can achieve the effect of multimedia advertising.

Asynchronous mode means that the LED screen has the ability to store and play automatically. Edited text and non-grayscale pictures on the PC are sent to the LED screen through the serial port or other network interfaces, and then the LED screen automatically plays offline. Generally, there is no gray High-speed display capability, mainly used to display text information, and can be connected to multiple screens.

The main function of the capture card

LED display is a special display medium, it cannot directly accept computer data, and needs a series of transformations. The function of the acquisition card is to collect the display data of the high-speed computer (or on the multimedia display card), convert it, and transmit it to the main controller with down-frequency.
